RTC Compatibility

WebRTC was introduced in 2017 and has compatibility requirements on browsers and mobile operating systems. After large-scale tests, the following compatibility results for H5 face verification are determined.

Android App The product is used in the customer's app. This scenario is used to reach users in the customer's app. Android 7 and later; configurations are required based on the compatibility configuration guide 95%
Pre-installed browser The product is used in the pre-installed browser on the user's device. This scenario is used to reach users via links. Android 7 and later The pre-installed browsers on Huawei, Vivo, Honor, and Samsung devices have a higher compatibility rate (80%), while the compatibility rate of pre-installed browsers on OnePlus, Xiaomi, and OPPO devices is lower (40%)
